AED Storage Update – Important Information

As we move into the colder months, we want to remind all lake association members about the storage of our Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The AED battery is not designed to withstand freezing temperatures, so it must be kept indoors during the fall and winter seasons.
To ensure it remains in working condition, the AED is currently being stored with a member of the local firehall.
In the event of an emergency, always call 911 immediately. First responders are trained and equipped to handle emergencies and will have access to the AED if needed.
Thank you for your attention, and stay safe.
